摘 要:炼化装置开、停工过程程序复杂、不安全因素多、危险性大,开、停工及检修作业过程极易因开、停工操作不当或生产条件的变化造成设备腐蚀或损伤,且近年来炼化装置开、停工期间密闭吹扫、密闭排放的要求,进一步提升了装置开、停工及检修期间的设备损伤风险。本文分析了炼化装置开、停工期间最易发生的设备损伤类型,对具体案例进行了介绍分析,并根据具体的设备损伤类型提出了相应防护对策建议,以期能够为炼化装置开、停工期间的设备防护提供指导,从而避免开、停工期间的设备损伤甚至事故发生。The process of start-up and shutdown of refining units is complex,with many unsafe factors and high risks.The process of start-up,shutdown,and maintenance is highly prone to equipment corrosion or damage due to improper operation or changes in production conditions.In recent years,the requirements for enclosed purging and enclosed emission during the start-up and shutdown of refining units have further increased the risk of equipment damage during this period.This article analyzes the most common types of equipment damage during the start-up and shutdown period of refining units,introduces and analyzes specific cases,and proposes corresponding protective countermeasures based on the specific types of equipment damage.It aims to provide guidance for equipment protection during the start-up and shutdown of refining units,thereby avoiding equipment damage and even accidents during this period.
