摘 要:在建筑工程中,有效的防火分隔技术不仅能够有效控制火势蔓延,降低火灾风险,还能在紧急情况下为人员疏散提供更多的时间,保障人身安全。本文以位于某商业综合体项目为研究对象,探讨了建筑消防工程中防火分隔施工技术的应用。通过分析该项目的防火需求,重点讨论了防火墙、防火隔墙、防火门窗、防火卷帘门和消防排烟阀等关键技术的设计与实施。实践表明,合理的防火分隔措施能有效控制火势蔓延,为人员疏散提供充足时间,显著提升建筑物的消防安全性能。In construction engineering,effective fire separation technology can not only effectively control the spread of fire,reduce fire risk,but also provide more time for personnel evacuation in emergency situations,ensuring personal safety.This article takes a commercial complex project as the research object and explores the application of fire separation construction technology in building fire protection engineering.By analyzing the fire protection requirements of the project,the design and implementation of key technologies such as firewalls,fire partitions,fire doors and windows,fire rolling shutter doors,and fire smoke exhaust valves were mainly discussed.Practice has shown that reasonable fire separation measures can effectively control the spread of fires,provide sufficient time for personnel evacuation,and significantly improve the fire safety performance of buildings.
