临海地区水下钢结构防腐技术试验研究

摘　　要：为了解决临海区域水下钢结构防腐问题,设计了包含双组分环氧界面剂、柔性环氧涂料、单组分聚脲防水涂料、油性氟碳防护涂料、环氧富锌底漆、环氧云铁中涂的不同防腐结构,通过19个月的腐蚀处理,测试判定有效的防腐材料及结构,为同类防腐处理中提供借鉴和指导。In order to solve the problem of anti-corrosion of coastal underwater steel structures,design includes two-component epoxy interfacial agent,flexible epoxy coating,one-component polyurea waterproof coating,oil-based fluorocarbon protective coating,epoxy zinc-rich primer,epoxy mica coating in the different anti-corrosion structure,through 19 months of corrosion treatment,test to determine the effective anti-corrosion material and structure.In the same kind of anti-corrosion treatment to provide reference and guidance.
