摘　　要：埋地燃气管道外防腐层的质量好坏直接影响着整个管道的正常使用,对埋地天然气钢质管道防腐层定期进行检测和修复,是管道安全运行的重要保证措施。本文介绍了某城镇小区燃气埋地钢质管道的检测方法、内容及检测结果。根据防腐层的损坏情况,采用了新型矿脂包覆系统防腐修复技术,从表面处理、施工流程进行了详细的描述。修复后重新复测,其防腐效果良好。The quality of the outer anti-corrosion layer of buried gas pipelines directly affects the normal use of the entire pipeline.Regular inspection and repair of the anti-corrosion layer of buried natural gas steel pipelines is an important guarantee measure for the safe operation of pipelines.This article introduces the testing method、content and results of gas buried steel pipelines in a certain urban community.Based on the damage of the anti-corrosion layer,a new type of mineral grease coating system anti-corrosion repair technology is adopted,and a detailed description is given from the surface treatment and construction process.After repair and retesting,its anti-corrosion effect is good.
