两种外用烧烫伤膏的皮肤安全性评价

摘　　要：目的通过动物皮肤给药实验评价烧烫伤膏1号和烧烫伤膏2号的安全性。方法使用豚鼠和家兔进行皮肤急性毒性、皮肤刺激性和皮肤过敏性实验。结果烧烫伤膏1号、2号给药后,分别在剂量10 mL·kg^(-1)、20 g·kg^(-1)以下时,对豚鼠未产生急性毒性反应;多次涂抹给药后,烧烫伤膏1号、2号对家兔皮肤无刺激性;烧烫伤膏1号、2号对豚鼠未产生过敏反应。结论烧烫伤膏1号、2号在外用时,皮肤安全性良好。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the safety of Burns and Scalds Ointment No.1 and No.2 using animal skin application experiments..METHODS Guinea pigs and rabbits were used to test for acute skin toxicity,skin irritation and skin allergy.RESULTS After administration of Burns and Scalds Ointment No.1 and No.2 at the dose was below 10 mL·kg^(-1) and 20 g·kg^(-1),the guinea pigs did not produce acute toxicity.After multiple administrations of Burns and Scalds Ointment No.1 and No.2 did not cause skin irritation in rabbits.Additionally,neither ointment induced allergic reactions in guinea pigs.CONCLUSION Burns and Scalds Ointment No.1 and No.2 have good skin safety when used externally.
