摘　　要：目的分析医院资源规划(HRP)系统在医院医用耗材管理中的应用效果。方法统计广州市某三甲医院2018年2月至2020年1月期间医用耗材管理情况,2019年2月起该院开始使用HRP系统对医用耗材进行管理,对比HRP系统实施前后医院耗材浪费情况以及耗材管理相关不良事件发生率。结果HRP系统实施后,医院耗材浪费发生率及耗材管理相关不良事件发生率均明显低于HRP系统实施前(P<0.05)。结论HRP系统在医院医用耗材管理中应用效果显著,可明显减少医用耗材浪费,降低耗材管理不良事件发生风险。Objective To analyze the application effect of hospital resource planning(HRP)system in the management of medical consumables in hospitals.Methods The management of medical consumables in a first class hospital in Guangzhou from February 2018 to January 2020 was counted.Since February 2019,the hospital began to use HRP system to manage medical consumables.The hospital consumable waste and the incidence of adverse events related to consumables management before and after the implementation of HRP system were compared.Results After the implementation of HRP system,the incidence of hospital consumables waste and the incidence of consumables management-related adverse events were significantly lower than those before the implementation of HRP system(P<0.05).Conclusions HRP system has significant application effect in the management of medical consumables in hospitals,which can significantly reduce the waste of medical consumables,and reduce the risk of adverse events in consumables management.
