摘  要:目的探讨玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)伴黄斑水肿(ME)的临床效果。方法将2022年6月至2023年6月我院收治的84例DR伴ME患者随机分为两组。参照组采用激光光凝治疗,联合组采用玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗联合激光光凝治疗。比较两组的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压、黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)、黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度(SFCT)及并发症。结果治疗3个月后,联合组BCVA优于参照组,CMT及SFCT低于参照组(P<0.05);两组的眼压及并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗联合激光光凝治疗对DR伴ME患者眼压无明显影响,但可显著改善其视力,降低CMT及SFCT,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR)complicated with macular edema(ME).Methods 84 DR patients with ME admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with laser photocoagulation,and the combined group was treated with intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure,central macular thickness(CMT),subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the BCVA of the combined group was better than that of the control group,while the CMT and SFCT were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);no statistical difference was found in the intraocular pressure and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation has no significant effect on intraocular pressure in DR patients with ME,but it can significantly improve the visual acuity,reduce the CMT and SFCT with high safety.
