碳酸司维拉姆联合血液灌流和血液透析治疗CKD-MBD的有效性及安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨碳酸司维拉姆联合血液灌流(HP)和血液透析(HD)治疗慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨代谢异常(CKDMBD)的有效性及安全性。方法选择2022年10月至2023年10月我院收治的80例CKD-MBD患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用HP和HD治疗,观察组采用碳酸司维拉姆联合HP和HD治疗。比较两组的钙磷代谢、肾功能及不良反应。结果治疗3个月后,观察组血磷低于对照组,血钙高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组血尿素氮、尿酸、血肌酐低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论碳酸司维拉姆联合HP和HD治疗CKD-MBD的效果显著,其安全性与传统HP和HD治疗相当。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of sevelamer carbonate combined with hemoperfusion(HP)and hemodialysis(HD)in the treatment of chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD).Methods 80 patients with CKD-MBD in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with HP and HD,and the observation group was treated with sevelamer carbonate combined with HP and HD.The calcium and phosphorus metabolism,renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the blood phosphorus of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood calcium was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the blood urea nitrogen,uric acid,and serum creatinine of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Sevelamer carbonate combined with HP and HD has significant effect in the treatment of CKD-MBD,and has similar safety comparable to traditional HP and HD treatment.
