小儿化痰膏为主的中西医结合治疗小儿社区获得性肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察小儿化痰膏为主的中西医结合治疗小儿社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床效果。方法将80例CAP患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用小儿化痰膏为主的中西医结合治疗,对照组采用西医常规疗法,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间、咳嗽消退时间、肺啰音消退时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组白细胞数、中性粒细胞数、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿化痰膏为主的中西医结合治疗CAP较西医常规疗法更具有优势,可有效改善患儿肺部症状,疗效更佳,是治疗CAP的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of mainly pediatric expectorant ointment combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods 80 CAP children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with mainly pediatric expectorant ointment combined with western medicine,while the control group used western medicine routine therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The fever clearance time,cough resolution time,lung rales resolution time,and hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,neutrophil count,and C-reactive protein levels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mainly pediatric expectorant ointment combined with western medicine in the treatment of CAP children has more advantages than western medicine routine therapy,can effectively improve the pulmonary symptoms and better efficacy,which is an effective method in the treatment of CAP.
