镇肝熄风汤联合氟桂利嗪对肝阳上亢型眩晕患者临床疗效及血流动力学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨镇肝熄风汤联合氟桂利嗪对肝阳上亢型眩晕患者临床疗效及血流动力学指标的影响。方法将2021年5月至2023年3月我院收治的68例肝阳上亢型眩晕患者随机分为联合组(n=34)和参照组(n=34)。参照组给予氟桂利嗪治疗,联合组在参照组基础上采用镇肝熄风汤治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及血流动力学指标。结果联合组治疗总有效率为91.18%,高于参照组的70.59%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度(Vm)高于参照组,血管搏动指数(PI)低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论镇肝熄风汤联合氟桂利嗪治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕患者效果显著,可明显改善患者的血流动力学指标,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the impact of Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with flunarizine on the clinical efficacy and hemodynamic indicators of patients with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type.Methods 68 cases of patients with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into combined group(n=34)and reference group(n=34).The reference group was treated with flunarizine,and the combined group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng decoction on the basis of reference group.The clinical efficacy and hemodynamic indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 91.18%,higher than 70.59%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean blood flow velocity(Vm)of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group,while the vascular pulsatility index(PI)was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with flunarizine in the treatment of patients with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity type has significant effect,can significantly improve the hemodynamic indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
