多索茶碱联合信必可治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作老年患者的效果及对其症状缓解的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多索茶碱联合信必可治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作(AECOPD)老年患者的效果及对其症状缓解的影响。方法选择2020年10月至2023年10月我院收治的AECOPD老年患者70例,随机平均分为两组。对照组采用多索茶碱治疗,观察组多索茶碱联合信必可治疗,两组均治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咽痛消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、咽部充血消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多索茶碱联合信必可治疗AECOPD老年患者的效果确切,可有效缓解患者的症状,且安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of doxofylline combined with Turbuhaler in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and the impact on symptom relief.Methods 70 elderly AECOPD patients admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group was treated with doxofylline,while the observation group was treated with doxofylline combined with Turbuhaler.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than 77.14%of the control group(P<0.05).The fever relief time,pharyngeal pain disappearance time,cough disappearance time,pharyngeal congestion disappearance time,and wheezing disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Doxofylline combined with Turbuhaler has definite effect in the treatment of elderly AECOPD patients,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms,with higher safety,which is worthy of promotion.
