摘  要:目的对比颈动脉内膜剥脱术(CEA)与颈动脉支架植入术(CAS)在颈动脉狭窄患者中的效果。方法选取2021年8月至2023年5月我院收治的108例颈动脉狭窄患者,随机分为两组各54例。对照组行CAS,观察组行CEA。对比两组的临床疗效、神经功能、凝血功能、并发症。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,TT、APTT、PT长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CEA治疗颈动脉狭窄的效果显著,能够减轻患者神经功能损伤,改善其凝血功能,且并发症少。Objective To compare the effects of carotid endarterectomy(CEA)and carotid artery stenting(CAS)in patients with carotid artery stenosis.Methods 108 patients with carotid artery stenosis admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received CAS,while the observation group received CEA.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,coagulation function,and complications were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the TT,APTT and PT were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CEA has significant effect in reducing neurological damage and improving coagulation function of CS patients,with fewer complications.
