凝血四项与血小板参数在肝硬化患者中的表达与检测价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨凝血四项与血小板参数在肝硬化患者中的表达意义与检测价值。方法选择2020年1月至2023年2月我院收治的120例肝硬化患者纳入观察组,另选择同期进行身体检查的120名健康人员纳入对照组。两组入院后均进行凝血四项与血小板参数检查,分析凝血四项与血小板参数对肝硬化的诊断效能。结果观察组PT、TT、APTT明显长于对照组,FIB水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PLT、PCT、MPV均明显低于对照组,PDW明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。凝血四项诊断肝硬化的灵敏度、特异性、准确率分别为86.67%、88.33%、87.50%,与血小板参数的85.83%、87.50%、86.67%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论凝血四项与血小板参数均对肝硬化有较高的诊断价值,对上述指标进行筛查可为肝硬化患者疾病发生与进展评估提供支持。Objective To explore the expressions of four coagulation parameters and platelet parameters in patients with liver cirrhosis and the detection value.Methods 120 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were selected as observation group,and 120 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.After admission,both groups were given four coagulation parameter and platelet parameter tests.The diagnostic efficacy of four coagulation parameters and platelet parameters for liver cirrhosis was compared.Results The PT,TT and APTT of the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group,and the FIB level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PLT,PCT and MPV of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the PDW was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of four coagulation parameters in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis were 86.67%,88.33%and 87.50%,respectively,which had no ststistical difference with 85.83%,87.50%and 86.67%of the platelet parameters(P>0.05).Conclusions Both four coagulation parameters and platelet parameters have higher diagnostic value for liver cirrhosis.Screening the above indicators can provide support for the assessment of disease occurrence and progression in liver cirrhosis patients.
