养元健骨汤对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折手术患者椎体骨密度及脊柱功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨养元健骨汤对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)手术患者椎体骨密度及脊柱功能的影响。方法将我院80例OVCF手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。术后对照组口服钙尔奇碳酸钙D3、阿法骨化醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用养元健骨汤治疗。比较两组患者的股骨颈、腰椎L2~4、股骨大转子骨密度水平、脊柱功能及治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6个月后,观察组股骨颈、腰椎L2~4、股骨大转子骨密度水平均高于对照组,Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、Roland-Morris功能障碍调查量表(RDQ)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率为7.50%,与对照组的5.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养元健骨汤能够有效提升OVCF手术患者的锥体骨密度,改善其脊柱功能,且安全可靠。Objective To analyze the effect of Yangyuan Jiangu Decoction on vertebral bone density and spinal function in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)surgery.Methods 80 patients with OVCF surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).After surgery,the control group was treated with oral caltrate calcium carbonate D3 and alfacalcidol,and the observation group was treated with Yangyuan Jiangu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The femoral neck,lumbar spine L2-4,femoral greater trochanter bone density levels,spinal function and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the femoral neck,lumbar spine L2-4 and femoral greater trochanter bone density levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the ODI score and RDQ score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%,which had no statistical difference with 5.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Yangyuan Jiangu Decoction can effectively improve the vertebral bone density of patients with OVCF surgery,improve the spinal function,and is safe and reliable.
