低位水囊结合缩宫素引产方案对足月妊娠产妇引产效果、宫颈成熟度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨低位水囊结合缩宫素引产方案对足月妊娠引产产妇的影响。方法将我院妊娠足月需引产的98例产妇随机均分为两组。对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组在对照组基础上采用低位水囊引产。观察两组引产效果、宫颈成熟度、引产至正常分娩期时间、总产程及产后2 h出血量。结果观察组总引产成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组引产12 h后Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总产程、引产至正常分娩期时间短于对照组,产后2 h出血低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低位水囊结合缩宫素引产方案可提升妊娠足月产妇的引产效果,提高宫颈成熟程度,缩短引产至正常分娩期时间及总产程,减少产后出血。Objective To explore the impact of low water sac combined with hysterotocin induction regimen in puerperae with full-term pregnancy.Methods 98 puerperae with full-term pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group used plectocin for labor induction,and the observation group used low water sac for labor induction on the basis of the control group.The labor induction effect,cervical maturity,the time from labor induction to normal labor,total labor duration,and blood loss at 2 h after delivery in the two groups were observed.Results The total success rate of labor induction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).12 h after labor induction,the Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total labor duration and the time from labor induction to normal labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the blood loss at 2 h after delivery was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low water sac combined with hysterotocin induction regimen can improve the induction effect of puerperae with full-term pregnancy,improve the cervical maturity,and reduce the time from labor induction to normal labor,total labor duration,and postpartum blood loss.
