摘　　要：目的探讨团队协作护理模式在人工膝关节置换术(TKA)中的应用效果。方法选取2023年2月至2024年1月于我院行TKA治疗的80例患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用团队协作护理模式。比较两组的围术期指标、并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组无菌器械台建立时间、术前等待时间、手术时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队协作护理模式可缩短TKA术前准备及手术时间,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者快速恢复,提高其满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of teamwork nursing mode in total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods 80 patients undergoing TKA treatment in our hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method.The control group received perioperative routine nursing,and the observation group received teamwork nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The perioperative indicators,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The establishment time of sterile instrument table,preoperative waiting time,operation time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Teamwork nursing mode can shorten the preoperative preparation time and operation time for TKA,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote the rapid recovery of patients and improve the satisfaction degree.
