摘　　要：目的探讨基于风险预警的个体化护理在断指再植手术患者中的应用效果及对术后并发症的影响。方法将108例断指再植手术患者随机分为两组各54例。对照组术后接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受基于风险预警的个体化护理。比较两组的疼痛程度、并发症及患指总活动度。结果术后3 d、7 d,观察组的疼痛程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.7%,低于对照组的16.7%(P<0.05)。出院3个月后,观察组患指总活动度优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于风险预警的个体化护理应用于断指再植手术患者中可有效减轻术后疼痛程度,降低并发症风险,促进患指功能恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing based on risk warning in patients undergoing finger replantation surgery and the impact on postoperative complications.Methods 108 patients undergoing finger replantation surgery were randomly divided into two groups equally.After surgery,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received individualized nursing based on risk warning after surgery on this basis.The pain degree,complications and total activity of affected fingers were compared between the two groups.Results 3 d and 7 d after surgery,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.7%,lower than 16.7%in the control group(P<0.05).3 months after discharge,the excellent and good rate of total activity of affected fingers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing based on risk warning applied in patients undergoing finger replantation surgery can effectively reduce the postoperative pain degree and the risk of complications,and promote the functional recovery of fingers.
