摘　　要：2024年7月15日至18日,党的二十届三中全会在北京召开,中共中央作出关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定。当前,国际环境多变,全球经济形势复杂,中国需要在大变局下选择适合自身情况的经济发展策略。坚持国际化方向,提升要素生产率;尝试建立全球金融中心,加强上海与香港地区的联系;加大教育投入,培养一流人才;加大创新投入,提升研发强度;坚持改革,推动制度变迁;利用规模效应,建立统一大市场;加快数字化转型和绿色转型。中国需要继续坚持和平发展道路,在全球化的新时代中,通过改革开放和创新发展,应对国际环境的挑战,实现经济的持续增长和社会的全面发展。同时,中国式现代化是中国发展的核心目标,需要在国际合作和竞争中寻求平衡,推动全球治理新模式的建立。From July 15^(th)to 18^(th)2024,the Third Plenary Session of the 20^(th)Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing,during which the Central Committee made decisions on further deepening reforms and advancing Chinese-style modernization.In the current context of a volatile international environment and a complex global economic landscape,China must choose economic development strategies that suit its specific circumstances amid these major changes.Key strategies include maintaining an international orientation and improving factor productivity;establishing a global financial center by strengthening ties between Shanghai and Hong Kong;increasing investment in education to cultivate world-class talents;boosting innovation and intensifying R&D efforts;adhering to reforms to drive institutional changes;leveraging economies of scale to build a unified domestic market;and accelerating digital and green transitions.China must continue to pursue a path of peaceful development,facing the challenges of international environment in the new era of globalization through reform,opening up,and innovative development to achieve sustained economic growth and comprehensive social progress.Additionally,Chinese-style modernization remains the core goal of China's development,necessitating a balance between international cooperation and competition while promoting the establishment of new global governance models.
