摘　　要：目的:观察掺钕钇铝石榴石(neodymium-yttrium aluminum garnet,Nd:YAG)激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)治疗过角化口腔白斑病患者的临床疗效,旨在为该疗法的临床应用提供治疗参考。诊治经过:采用Nd:YAG激光联合ALA-PDT治疗3例伴有不同程度上皮异常增生的口腔白斑病患者,通过比较术前、术后1个月的病损面积变化,判定疗效。结果:经联合治疗后,3名患者舌腹白色病损完全消退。随访24个月,无复发。结论:Nd:YAG激光联合ALA-PDT可作为伴有过角化口腔白斑治疗的新方案。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of neodymium-yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd:YAG)laser combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)in the treatment of patients with hyperkeratotic oral leukoplakia,in order to provide a reference for the clinical application of this therapy.Diagnosis and treatment:Three patients with hyperkeratotic oral leukoplakia with different abnormal hyperplasia were treated with Nd:YAG laser combined with ALA-PDT.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparing the lesion area before and after operation.Results:After combined treatment,the white lesions on the tongue belly of 3 patients disappeared completely.The patients were followed up for 24 months without recurrence.Conclusions:Nd:YAG laser combined with ALA-PDT can be used as a new treatment for oral leukoplakia(OLK)with hyperkeratosis.
