处理温度对粉末-先驱体法制备C/C-ZrC-SiC复合材料的力学性能影响

摘  要:以改性的聚甲基硅烷(PMS)作为硅源,碳化锆作为锆源,采用粉末-先驱体法制备出C/C-ZrC-SiC复合材料。对比C/C-ZrC-SiC复合材料在1400,1600,1800℃热处理后的微观结构和力学性能变化,从而探究不同热处理温度对C/C-ZrC-SiC复合材料的影响。结果表明,在1400℃热处理条件下,SiC-ZrC陶瓷与炭纤维结合保持致密,共同抵抗弯曲形变,制备的C/C-ZrC-SiC复合材料具有182 MPa的抗弯强度。在1600℃和1800℃热处理条件下的SiC陶瓷会发生晶型转变而导致结合强度下降,形貌发生变化,表现出较差的力学性能,抗弯强度分别下降至78 MPa和65 MPa。C/C-ZrC-SiC composites were prepared by powder-precursor method using modified polymethylsilane(PMS)as silicon source and zirconium carbide as zirconium source.The effects of heat treatment temperatures on the C/C-ZrC-SiC composites were investigated by comparing the changes in microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites after heat treatment at 1400,1600,1800℃.At 1400℃,the SiC-ZrC ceramics and the carbon fibers remain densely bonded and jointly resist bending deformation,and the prepared C/C-ZrC-SiC composites have a flexural strength of 182 MPa.At 1600℃and 1800℃,the SiC undergoes a crystalline transition that leads to a change in morphology and a decrease in bond strength,showing poor mechanical properties,with the flexural strength decreasing to 78 MPa and 65 MPa,respectively.
