摘  要:原料焦炭结构直接决定人造石墨负极材料的结构特性,影响其倍率和循环性能。采用不同取向结构的焦炭制备人造石墨负极材料,探讨焦炭结构、人造石墨特性和电化学性能的内在联系。结果显示由各向同性焦制备的人造石墨取向性比沥青焦原料制备的人造石墨降低4.34,其电化学性能明显改善:直流内阻降低5 mΩ,倍率性能提高2.2%,常温循环1000次后容量保持率提高2.6%。The structures of raw cokes directly determine the structural characteristics of artificial graphite anode materials,and affect the rate and cycle performance.The artificial graphite anode materials with different orientation structure coke were prepared.And the intrinsic relationship among coke structure,artificial graphite characters and electrochemical performance were explored.The results show that isotropic coke has obvious isotropic orientation structure,and the pitch coke has little isotropic orientation structure.The artificial graphite prepared from isotropic coke shows the orientation index of 4.34,which is lower than that of the artificial graphite from pitch coke,and exhibitsimproved electrochemical performance.The DC internal resistance is reduced by 5 mΩ,and the rate performance is increases by 2.2%.After 1000 cycles at room temperature,the capacity retention rate increases by 2.6%,so the graphite with high isotropy and smooth surface shows excellent rate and cycle stability.
