摘 要:随着全球能源结构转型和民众环境保护意识的提升,光伏产业作为清洁能源的重要组成部分,其绿色可持续发展日益受到关注。本文以天合光能股份有限公司为案例,旨在探讨光伏组件产业链在实现绿色可持续发展方面的现状与挑战。首先通过构建评价指标体系,采用相关性分析方法,分析光伏组件产业链中各环节的绿色发展水平及其对整体可持续性的影响。其次,利用线性回归模型对影响光伏产业链绿色可持续发展的关键因素进行定量分析,以识别关键驱动因素和潜在的制约要素。研究结果表明,天合光能在原材料获取、生产制造、产品使用及回收处理等多个环节已采取了有效措施以提升绿色发展水平,但在产业链的某些环节仍存在优化空间。本文的创新点在于结合产业链理论与可持续发展理论,提出了一个光伏组件产业链绿色可持续发展的评价框架,并以实际企业数据为基础,提供了实证分析。本文研究不仅为天合光能进一步推进绿色发展战略提供了理论依据和实践指南,也为整个光伏行业的绿色转型提供了借鉴。With the transformation of the global energy structure and the improvement of public awareness of environmental protection,the photovoltaic industry as an important part of clean energy,its green sustainable development has attracted increasing attention.Taking Trina Solar Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper aims to explore the current situation and challenges of the PV module industry chain in achieving green and sustainable development.Firstly,through the construction of evaluation index system,correlation analysis method is used to analyze the green development level of each link in the PV module industry chain and its impact on the overall sustainability.Secondly,the linear regression model is used to quantitatively analyze the key factors affecting the green and sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry chain to identify the key drivers and potential constraints.The results show that Trina Solar has taken effective measures to improve the level of green development in many aspects such as raw material acquisition,manufacturing,product use and recycling,but there is still room for optimization in some aspects of the industrial chain.The innovation point of this paper is to combine the industrial chain theory and sustainable development theory,put forward an evaluation framework for the green and sustainable development of the PV module industrial chain,and provide empirical analysis based on actual enterprise data.This study not only provides a theoretical basis and practical guide for Trina Solar to further promote the green development strategy,but also provides a reference for the green transformation of the entire photovoltaic industry.
