摘 要:从地下开采出的天然气常携带化学溶剂、水分等杂质。由于水分的存在,这些杂质在一定条件下会形成水合物,容易引起管路堵塞和影响仪表使用。同时,水分还可能和酸性气体反应形成酸液,进而造成设备和管线的腐蚀。因此,脱水单元中的三甘醇(TEG)必须确保其浓度和溶剂再生效果。某净化公司的天然气净化装置采用燃料气作为脱水单元的再生汽提气,使其与TEG在散堆填料塔中逆流接触,以进一步脱除TEG中的残余水分,从而实现TEG的再生。文章通过对汽提气种类和用量的深入研究,以TEG的浓度和商品天然气水露点为主要判定指标,在满足工艺生产参数的前提下,优化了再生单元中汽提气的使用量,对于降低生产成本和提高装置的生产效益具有重要意义。Natural gas extracted from underground often contains impurities such as chemical agents and moisture.Due to the presence of moisture,these impurities can form hydrates under certain conditions,which can easily cause pipeline blockages and affect instrument operation.Additionally,moisture may react with acidic gases to form acid solutions,resulting in corrosion of equipment and pipelines.Therefore,it is crucial to ensure the concentration and solvent regeneration effectiveness of triethylene glycol(TEG)in the dehydration unit.A natural gas purif ication plant of a certain purif ication company uses fuel gas as the regeneration stripping gas in the dehydration unit,allowing it to come into countercurrent contact with TEG in a random packed tower to further remove residual moisture from TEG,thereby achieving TEG regeneration.Through in-depth research on the types and amounts of stripping gas,with TEG concentration and the water dew point of commercial natural gas as the main evaluation indicators,this paper optimizes the usage of stripping gas in the regeneration unit while meeting process production parameters.This optimization is of great signif icance for reducing production costs and improving the production efficiency of the plant.
