摘 要:放射性检测仪表依靠其灵敏、快速、非接触性、可实现在线测量等优点,广泛应用于石油、石化、冶金、煤炭、电厂、食品、玻璃、采矿、废水处理等行业。近年来国产放射性检测仪表在国内市场的使用比重显著提高,以国产TH-2010型放射性检测仪表为代表,文章在阐述其工作原理的基础上与现场应用相结合,对实际现场应用过程中所遇到的故障问题进行分析,并对其他放射性检测仪表在使用过程中进行故障处理具有一定的指导意义。Radioactivity detection instruments,relying on their important advantages of sensitivity,rapidness,non-contact,and online measurement capabilities,are widely used in industries such as petroleum,petrochemicals,metallurgy,coal,power plants,food,glass,mining,and wastewater treatment.In recent years,the proportion of domestically produced radioactivity detection instruments in the domestic market has increased signif icantly,with the domestically produced TH-2010 radioactivity detection instrument as a representative.Based on an explanation of its working principle and combined with f ield applications,this paper analyzes the fault issues encountered during actual field applications,providing certain guiding significance for troubleshooting other radioactivity detection instruments during use.
