摘  要:随着化工制造业的快速发展,化工装置和储运系统的规模也越来越大。但是近年来,化工园区的事故也时有发生,造成人员财产损失,使得人们越来越重视化工设计的安全性和可靠性。可燃液体常压罐区作为化工园区的重大危险区域,一直以来都是安全监管部门的重点检查对象,其安全的重要性不言而喻。文章结合具体的项目设计案例,针对储罐设计以及工艺安全设计,介绍了可燃液体常压罐区的设计流程,同时也为刚进入化工设计行业的从业者提供参考和借鉴。With the rapid development of chemical manufacturing industry,the scale of chemical equipment and storage and transportation system is getting larger and larger.However,in recent years,accidents in chemical industry parks have occurred from time to time,resulting in loss of personnel and property,making people pay more and more attention to the safety and reliability of chemical design.As a major dangerous area in the chemical industry park,the combustible liquid atmospheric tank area has always been the key inspection object of the safety supervision department,and its safety importance is self-evident.Based on specif ic project design cases,this paper introduces the design flow of combustible liquid atmospheric tank area for storage tank design and process safety design,and also provides reference for practitioners who just enter the chemical design industry.
