摘　　要：市场是职业体育赖以生存的条件,发达职业体育已经形成了与竞赛生产规律相匹配的市场运行机制。本文论述了发达职业体育市场的生成原理,并基于欧美发达职业体育市场的运行实践,厘清了支撑发达职业体育市场生存的2个闭路循环系统,建构并阐释了发达职业体育市场的飞鸟模型,探究了发达职业体育3类市场的内涵及相互间的关系。同时,针对中国体育职业化市场培育中存在的问题,如泵血驱动市场乏力、俱乐部经营能力欠缺、非理性市场投资行为等,提出了一系列改进建议,包括优化俱乐部股权结构、加强薪酬管理、推进俱乐部健康稳定发展和依托社会力量发展公益活动等,以期推动中国职业体育市场的健康发展。Market is the fundamental condition for the existence of professional sports,and developed professional sports have established market operating mechanisms that are compatible with the laws of competition production.This study discusses the principles behind the formation of the developed professional sports market and,based on the operational practices of developed professional sports markets in Europe and America,clarifies the two closed-loop systems that sustain the existence of the developed professional sports market.It constructs and elucidates the"flying bird"model of the developed professional sports market and explores the connotations and interrelationships among the three categories of markets in developed professional sports.Moreover,addressing the issues in the cultivation of the professional sports market in China,such as the lack of market-driving force,inadequate club management capabilities,and irrational market investment behavior,this study proposes a series of improvement suggestions.These include optimizing club equity structures,strengthening salary management,promoting healthy and stable development of clubs,and relying on social forces to develop public welfare activities,with the aim of promoting the healthy development of the professional sports market in China.
