摘 要:采用粒子图像测速(PIV)技术分别研究沟槽壁面对于清水及颗粒负载壁湍流相干结构的影响。试验对清水及加入粒径为155μm聚苯乙烯颗粒的流法向二维速度场信息进行采集,运用空间局部平均结构函数法,提取了4种工况下喷射和扫掠过程中的流向速度、流向脉动速度、雷诺应力及展向涡量。结果表明,沟槽壁面使清水工况和含颗粒湍流流动中流体相的喷射事件的流向速度和展向涡量增加,流向脉动速度和雷诺应力减少,边界层内的动量交换减弱。对于扫掠事件,沟槽壁面对清水工况的影响不大,在颗粒负载两相流中沟槽壁面使流向速度、流向脉动速度和雷诺应力明显增强,展向涡量略微增大。在含颗粒湍流流动中沟槽壁面可以显著增强湍流相干结构中喷射事件的猝发频率,使喷射事件数量高于扫掠事件,喷射事件对边界层内的动量交换具有主导作用,进而增强近壁颗粒向高速流体区的输运效率,沟槽壁对颗粒输运具有积极作用。The effect of riblet wall on the turbulent coherent structure of clean water and particle-laden two-phase flow in turbulent boundary layer was studied with particle image velocimetry(PIV).The streamwise-normal two-dimensional velocity field information of liquid phase was investigated in single phase flow and particle-laden flow with polystyrene particles of 155μm respectively.The two-dimensional spatial topologies such as streamwise velocity,the streamwise fluctuation velocity,Reynolds shear stress and spanwise vorticity in ejection and sweep events under four working conditions were extracted with quadrant splitting method.The riblet wall increases the streamwise velocity and spanwise vorticity of eject events in both clear water and particle-laden two-phase flow,reduces the spanwise fluctuation velocity and Reynolds stress,and weakens the momentum exchange in the boundary layer.For the sweep event,the riblet wall has no obvious effect on the clean water.In the particle-laden two-phase flow,all the first-and second-order turbulent statistics,such as the streamwise velocity,stremwise fluctuation velocity,Reynolds stress and spanwise vorticity,present to be enhanced by the riblet.In the particle-laden two-phase flow,the riblet wall can significantly promote the burst frequency of eject events in the coherent structure,so that the number of eject events is more than that of sweep events.The ejection event of coherent structure plays a predominant role in the momentum exchange in the boundary layer.In turbulent flow with particles,the riblet significantly increases the frequency of ejection events and the transport efficiency of particles near the wall to the highspeed fluid region,indicating that the riblet has a positive effect on particle transport.
