摘 要:在分析升温阶段蛋白质分解特性基础上,提出蛋白质降解调控策略并探讨其对腐殖化过程及微生物群落的影响。以污泥、木屑和腐熟堆肥为原料进行批次实验,结果表明升温阶段的可降解蛋白质浓度变化可通过初始蛋白质浓度和升温阶段持续时间进行拟合分析;采用一阶动力学方程和热量平衡模型对升温阶段蛋白质含量及温度变化进行拟合分析,发现升温速率和蛋白质残留率随初始蛋白质含量的增加而升高。全周期试验中将污泥质量占比由62%提升至68%,调控组能使堆体提前升温,且高温持续时间由6 d延长至10 d,有效积温高于控制组14.39%。调控后的腐殖化效果改善明显,胡敏酸含量较控制组提升26.59%,腐殖质聚合程度提高38.57%。高温阶段Bacillus为优势菌属,腐熟阶段调控组的Ureibacillus和Niabella相对丰度提高。污泥质量占比的提高有利于Bacillus等嗜热菌群的生长,增强了它们对有机质的分解能力,进而促进污泥好氧发酵中的腐殖化过程。Based on analyzing characteristics of protein decomposition during the mesophilic phase,the study proposed strategies for regulating protein degradation and further investigated the impact of these regulatory measures on humification and the structure of microbial communities.After conducting batch experiments using sewage sludge,sawdust,and mature compost as raw materials,it was found that the changes in concentration of degradable proteins during the mesophilic phase could be analyzed by the initial protein concentration and the duration of mesophilic phase.After analyzing the content of degradable proteins and temperature changes during the mesophilic phase using the first-order kinetic equation and the heat balance equation,it was found that both the rate of temperature increase and the residual protein rate rose with the increase in initial protein content.After increasing the proportion of sludge mass from 62%to 68%,the duration of thermophilic phase for the treatment group was extended from 6 days to 10 days.Compared to the control group,the treatment group showed an increase in effective accumulated temperature by 14.39%,humic acid content by 26.59%,and the degree of humification by 38.57%.Bacillus was the dominant genus during the thermophilic phase,Niabella and Ureibacillu was the relatively dominant genus during the maturation phase.Increasing the proportion of sludge was beneficial for the growth of thermophilic bacterial communities such as Bacillus,promoting the ability to consumption of organic matter,and thereby promoting the humification process during aerobic fermentation of sludge.
