摘  要:目的建立一种准确测定工作场所空气中硫化氢浓度的分光光度方法。方法用装有氢氧化钠溶液作为吸收液的棕色多孔薄板吸收管采集工作场所空气中的硫化氢,在酸性条件下,硫离子与N,N-二甲基对苯二胺溶液和硫酸铁铵溶液反应生成亚甲基蓝,在665 nm下测量吸光度,比色定量。结果该方法在0.03~1.0μg/ml硫化氢标准曲线范围内线性良好(r=0.9994),定量下限为0.03μg/ml,采样7.50 L时最低定量浓度为0.20 mg/m^(3);相对标准偏差为1.2%~3.7%;加标回收率为97.8%~101.0%;采样效率为100.0%。结论该方法灵敏度高,精密度好,准确度好,采样率高,适用于工作场所空气中硫化氢浓度的准确测定。Objective To establish a spectrophotometric method for accurate determination of hydrogen sulfide concentration in workplace air.Methods Hydrogen sulfide was collected from the air in the workplace by using a porous brown plate absorption tube containing sodium hydroxide solution.Under acidic conditions,sulfur ions reacted with N,n-dimethyl p-phenylenediamine solution and ammonium ferric sulfate solution to produce methylene blue.The absorbance was measured at 665 nm and quantified by colorimetry.Results The method had good linearity(r=0.9994)in the standard curve range of 0.03-1.0μg/ml hydrogen sulfide.The lower limit of quantitation was 0.03μg/ml.When sampling 7.50 L,the lowest quantitation concentration was 0.20 mg/m^(3).The relative standard deviation was 1.2%-3.7%.The recoveries were 97.8%-101.0%.The sampling efficiency was 100.0%.Conclusion The method has high sensitivity,good precision,good accuracy and high sampling rate,it is applicable to accurate determination of hydrogen sulfide concentration in workplace air.
