摘　　要：目的:探讨静脉麻醉下手法松解结合热敏灸治疗冻结肩的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年12月收治的60例冻结肩患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组行静脉麻醉下手法松解治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用热敏灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、肩关节功能、中医症候评分、复发率及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组,肩关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分及复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:静脉麻醉下手法松解结合热敏灸可提高冻结肩患者疗效,加快肩关节功能恢复,促进疼痛消失,且复发率低。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of manual release combined with thermosensitive moxibustion under intravenous anesthesia in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:Sixty frozen shoulder patients admitted to hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases,using a random number table method.The control group received manual release treatment under intravenous anesthesia,while the observation group received additional treatment with thermosensitive moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,pain score,shoulder joint function,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,recurrence rate,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group after treatment was lower than the control group,and the shoulder joint function score was higher than the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Manual release combined with thermosensitive moxibustion under intravenous anesthesia can improve the therapeutic effect of frozen shoulder patients,accelerate shoulder joint function recovery,and promote pain relief.
