摘  要:双列开槽五轴插铣工艺能够以最少数量刀具轨迹,高效率完成整体叶轮流道加工,但针对叶片侧倾过大的叶轮流道,双列开槽插铣后残留材料较多。由于缺乏精确表达该残留材料的计算模型,导致后续针对残留材料的去除加工轨迹难以规划,影响加工效率。针对该问题,在双列开槽五轴插铣工艺基础上,提出一种残留材料几何建模方法。基于双列开槽插铣加工刀轨参数,将残留材料台阶面简化为由直纹面叶片法矢构成的理想曲面,以理想曲面与后序刀矢路径相交的几何关系获取残留材料几何模型边界曲线。将边界曲线以一定数量离散,构建离散单元直纹面,形成残留材料包络体模型,从而完成对残留材料的几何建模。仿真分析了几何建模的精度,结果表明该模型描述复杂残留材料几何特征的平均误差在8%左右,可为叶轮残留材料去除加工的CAM算法研究提供参考。Integral impeller five-axis double-row slotted plunge milling can efficiently complete the machining of the integral impeller runner with a minimum number of plunge milling processes.However,for the impeller runner with excessive blade tilting,there are a lot of residual materials after the integral impeller five-axis double-row slotted plunge milling.Due to the lack of a precise calculation model for expressing the residual material,it is difficult to plan the follow-up machining path for the residual materials,which affects the processing efficiency.Regarding this issue,a geometric modeling method of residual material is proposed based on integral impeller five-axis double-row slotted plunge milling.Based on the plunge milling processes parameters of integral impeller five-axis double-row slotted plunge milling,simplify the residual material step surface into an ideal surface composed of a ruled surface and a blade normal vector,obtaining the boundary curve of residual material geometric modeling based on the geometric relationship between the ideal surface and the subsequent tool vector path.Discretize the boundary curve with a certain number,construct a discrete element ruled surface,and form a residual material envelope model to complete the geometric modeling of the residual material.The accuracy of geometric modelling is analysed through simulation,and the results showed that the average error of the model in describing the geometric features of complex residual materials is around 8%.This can provide reference for the study of CAM algorithms for the removal of residual materials from impellers.
