摘 要:随着开关电源在军用设备及分系统中的广泛应用,开关电源的工作特点导致设备电磁兼容性受到严重影响,依据GJB151B-2013进行CE102检测时,频繁出现超标情况,严重影响装备质量。文章从开关电源工作原理、CE102检测原理出发,对CE102检测超标情况开展整改技术研究,提出了一种整改器件参数的计算方法,实现故障快速定位,为优化军用设备及分系统质量提供数据支撑。经过实际案例整改验证,整改措施及器件参数计算方法有效,对其他同类型装备的设计和整改提供参考。With the widespread use of switching power supply in military equipment and subsystem,the features of switching power supply seriously affects equipment electromagnetic compatibility.A large number of exceeding standards emerge frequently and seriously affect equipment qualities through CE102 detection according to GJB151B-2013.From the perspective of working principles of switching power supply and principles of CE102 detection,a calculation method to rectify device parameters is proposed by analyzing the exceeding standard of CE102 detection to realize the fast location of faults,which can provide data support for optimizing qualities of military equipment and subsystem.Rectification measures and a calculation method of device parameters are effective through practical cases,which provide references for other designs and rectification of device with similar characters.
