摘  要:给出火电厂风机设备状态监测系统的开发方案,即采用LabVIEW编程语言编写数据采集及分析程序,结合可靠的硬件便捷的对现场风机设备进行振动采集,并应用FFT方法进行振动信号的频域转换以实现需要的功能。应用研发的系统针对某600 MW机组的引风机振动问题进行了现场测试,依据测试结果通过动平衡解决了振动问题。结果表明,研发的系统可以满足火电厂风机设备的状态监测需求,为大容量机组风机发生振动故障提供解决方案。It proposes a development plan for the status monitoring system of wind turbine equipment in thermal power plants.The data acquisition and analysis program is written using LabVIEW programming language,and the reliable hardware is used to conveniently collect vibration data from on-site wind turbine equipment.FFT method is applied to convert vibration signals in the frequency domain to achieve the required functions.Application research and development system is used to test the induced wind turbine vibration of a 600 MW unit.Based on the test results,the vibration problem is solved through dynamic balancing.The results indicate that the developed system can meet the status monitoring requirements of wind turbine equipment in thermal power plants.
