摘 要:介绍了地区电网调度通过对其所辖电网各分区网不同方式下线损理论计算结果的对比,寻找最优经济运行方式并指导实际运行的具体做法,分别通过变电站主变压器经济运行方式寻优,带负荷联络线的经济供电端寻优,无功补偿装置的投入容量即分组电容器档位寻优和主变压器分接头档位即分区网整体运行电压寻优,在不改变电网任何结构、不增加任何投资、不牺牲安全性、不降低电能质量和不改变各变电站及用户负荷的前提下,仅通过对各分区网实施技术降损,达到地区电网经济运行的目的。It introduces the specific method of regional power grid dispatching to find the optimal economic operation mode and guide the actual operation by comparing the theoretical calculation results of line loss under different modes of power grids in different regions under its jurisdiction.Through the optimization of the economic operation mode of the main transformer of the substation,the optimization of the economic power supply terminal of the loaded tie line,the optimization of the input capacity of the reactive compensation device,namely,the optimization of the grouping capacitor gear and the optimization of the tap changer gear of the main transformer,namely,the optimization of the overall operation voltage of the partitioned power grid,without changing any structure of the power grid,without increasing any investment,without sacrificing safety,without reducing the power quality and without changing the load of each substation and user,the purpose of economic operation of regional power grid can be achieved only through the implementation of technical loss reduction for each regional power grid.
