摘  要:针对4起66 kV干式电抗器故障情况,通过返厂解体和试验分析,发现故障原因主要包括电抗器表面污物(如鸟屎等)形成短路通道、电抗器内部绕包层外绝缘厚度较薄且不均匀、设计对环境因素考虑不够等。根据故障原因提出防绝缘击穿措施,提高了干式电抗器安全运行水平。According to the faults of four 66 kV dry-type reactors,through disassembly and experimental analysis upon returning to the factory,it is found that the main causes of the malfunction includes the formation of a short circuit channel due to surface dirt(such as bird droppings)on the reactor,the thin and uneven insulation thickness of the inner winding layer and outer layer of the reactor,and insufficient consideration of environmental factors in the design.According to the cause of failure,it proposes measures to prevent insulation breakdown,which improves the safe operation level of dry-type reactor.
