学术论文与其受资助科研项目主题一致性研究

摘　　要：构建<学术论文,科研项目>研究单元,对科研项目及其产出论文的主题一致性开展计算和分析研究。基于词频、词性、所在位置,利用学术论文的标题、摘要和关键词,以及科研项目的标题和摘要,构建主题表征模型。引入STKOS词表,根据词间等级关系构建主题一致性计算模型,并以2018年立项的纳米领域国家自然科学基金项目及其资助产出的学术论文为对象开展分析。研究发现:(1)学术论文与著录首位的资助项目,大多表现较高的主题一致性;(2)围绕项目研究目标的的细分问题和内容进行扩展研究的学术论文,与科研项目主题产生偏离;(3)学术论文可能存在不当标注资助项目的情况,并非所有标注的项目都与论文研究内容强相关。This research intends to construct<academic papers;scientific research projects>units to calculate and analyze the theme consistency of academic papers and associated scientific research projects.This paper consider word frequency,part of speech and location,constructing a theme representation model through the title,abstract and keywords of academic papers and the title and abstract of scientific research projects.STKOS glossary is introduced to construct a theme consistency calculation model according to the hierarchical relationship between words,and analyzes the projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China in the field of Nano 2018 and the academic papers funded.Findings:(1)Most of the academic papers perform high theme consistent with projects ranked first acknowledgment.(2)Academic papers that expand research on subdivision issues and content related to project research objectives,which deviate from the research project theme.(3)Academic papers may be improper labeled,and not all funded projects and have strong links with paper on research theme.
