摘　　要：以“病毒性呼吸道传染病的检测、预防及治疗”为主线,对物理化学课程胶体分散系统部分开展项目式教学改革。首先,以胶体金法病毒抗原检测试剂盒中的金溶胶、电泳检测技术、病毒空气传播与药物吸入疗法为单元主题,导引学生学习胶体分散系统的基本特性、结构和光学、电学与动力性质。其次,综合上述核心知识探究溶胶稳定性与聚沉机制。最后,实践制作简易胶体法检测试纸条并展示汇报。教学过程致力于引导学生自主建构知识体系,深入领悟科学研究过程和问题解决策略。This paper carries out a project-based teaching reform on the colloid dispersion system in physical chemistry courses,focusing on the mainstream of"Detection,prevention,and treatment of viral respiratory infectious diseases".Firstly,the unit themes of gold sol in virus antigen detection kit by colloidal gold method,electrophoretic detection technology as well as virus airborne transmission and drug inhalation therapy,are utilized to guide the learning of basic characteristics,structure as well as the optical,electrical and dynamic properties of colloidal dispersion system.Afterwards,the stability and coagulation mechanism of collosol are explored through integrating of the above core knowledge.Ultimately,practice of fabricating a simple colloidal detection test strip and elaborate it by a presentation.Teaching process is dedicated to guiding students to independently construct knowledge systems,gaining a deep insight into scientific research process and problem-solving strategies.
