摘　　要：为解决当前装配式折叠房屋受保温性能差、密封性不佳等缺陷引发的质量问题,文章以某工程案例为例,分析了模块化折叠集成房屋建筑施工技术,探讨了模块设计要点、平面设计要点、模块划分要点、构件折叠要点、铰链安装要点、模块封堵要点及转角模块安装要点。通过装配式模块化折叠集成房技术的应用,提高折叠房屋集成化水平和强化建筑综合性能的效果。In order to solve the quality problems caused by the defects of the current prefabricated folding house,such as poor thermal insulation performance and poor sealing performance,taking an engineering case as an example,this paper analyzes the construction technology of modular folding integrated house,and discusses the key points of module design,plane design,module division,component folding,hinge installation,module plugging and corner module installation.Through the application of prefabricated modular folding integrated house technology,the integrated level of folding houses is improved and the comprehensive performance of buildings is strengthened.
