高层房屋建筑筏板基础大体积混凝土防裂施工技术分析

摘　　要：高层房屋建筑的建设质量与人们的生产生活密不可分,因此如何做好高层房屋建筑的筏板基础混凝土防裂工作是建筑行业目前面临的难题。文章首先简要介绍了建筑筏板基础的概念,然后以某高层房屋建筑项目为例,重点分析了由温度差引起的筏板基础混凝土收缩裂缝要点,最后提出了相应的防裂措施,从根本上保证了筏板基础的总体施工质量,对未来高层房屋建筑筏板基础大体积混凝土防裂施工技术分析研究具有一定的借鉴意义。The construction quality of high-rise buildings is closely related to peoples production and life.Therefore,how to do a good job in crack prevention of raft foundation concrete for high-rise buildings is a difficult problem currently faced by the construction industry.The article first briefly introduces the concept of building raft foundation,and then takes a high-rise building project as an example to analyze the key points of concrete shrinkage cracks caused by temperature differences in raft foundation.Finally,corresponding crack prevention measures are proposed to fundamentally ensure the overall construction quality of raft foundation,which has certain reference significance for the analysis and research of crack prevention construction technology for large volume concrete in high-rise building raft foundation in the future.
