摘 要:目前,建筑工程通风系统多采用传统的加工和安装方式,加工生产效率低,且整体安装质量易受人工技术水平影响,易出现材料浪费等问题。文章以某地铁车站的风管加工及安装工程为例,通过数控加工设备及机器人放线设备与BIM模型数据进行对接,采取集成化方式和信息化手段,提高了风管加工及安装的效率和精度,减少了人力成本与材料损耗。At present,the traditional processing and installation methods are mostly used in the ventilation system of construction projects,which has low processing and production efficiency,and the overall installation quality is easily affected by the level of manual technology,which is prone to material waste and other problems.Taking the air duct processing and installation project of a subway station as an example,through the docking of numerical control processing equipment and robot setting out equipment with BIM model data,the integrated method and information means are adopted to improve the efficiency and accuracy of air duct processing and installation,and reduce the labor cost and material loss.
