基于CAAC体系的工程进度管理全过程动态控制方法研究

摘　　要：工程进度管理可以确保工程项目能在规定的时间范围内以高品质完成。然而,传统的建筑项目进度管理方式存在局限性,难以适应不断增长的工程项目复杂性。基于此,文章介绍了一种基于CAAC(Comprehensive Adaptive Agile Controllable)体系的全过程动态控制方法,以增强工程进度管理的全面性、适应力、敏捷性和可控性,确保工程的进度可以得到全方位和持续的管理。Project schedule management can ensure that the project can be completed with high quality within the specified time limit.However,the traditional construction project schedule management has limitations,which is difficult to adapt to the growing complexity of engineering projects.Based on this,this paper introduces a whole process dynamic control method based on CAAC(Comprehensive adaptive agile controllable)system,in order to enhance the comprehensiveness,adaptability,agility and controllability of project schedule management,and ensure that the project schedule can be comprehensively and continuously managed.
