摘 要:哺乳动物卵巢中,卵母细胞发生与发育的基本功能单位为卵泡。但在发育过程中,大多数卵泡会发生闭锁,只有极小部分卵泡能发育成熟并排卵,并在排卵点形成黄体;未受精黄体则退化。颗粒细胞能帮助卵泡生长,并在卵泡闭锁中起主导作用。除此之外,凋亡基因、激素和细胞因子也参与调节卵泡和黄体生长及退化。本文对卵泡和黄体生长及退化的因素以及颗粒细胞对卵泡的调控作用进行综述,从分子层面揭示卵泡闭锁和黄体退化的机制,以期为进一步解决哺乳动物的繁育问题提供思路。In the mammalian ovary,the basic functional unit of oogenesis and development is the follicle.However,during development,most follicles undergo atresia,and only a very small proportion of follicles mature and ovulate,forming the corpus luteum at the point of ovulation;the unfertilised corpus luteum degenerates.Granulosa cells have been shown to aid follicular growth and play a dominant role in follicular atresia.In addition to this,factors that regulate follicular and corpus luteum growth and degeneration include apoptotic genes,hormones and cytokines.In this paper,we review the factors of follicular and corpus luteum growth and degeneration,as well as the regulatory role of granulosa cells on follicles,and reveal the mechanism of follicular atresia and corpus luteum degeneration at the molecular level,which provides ideas for further solving the problem of mammalian reproduction.
