摘  要:油橄榄副产物是油橄榄加工过程中产生的各类残渣,包括油橄榄果渣、油橄榄饼、油橄榄核和油橄榄叶等,含有丰富的多酚、黄酮、萜类和植物甾醇类等活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗过敏和抗炎症等生物学功能,可提高家禽生产性能、改善产品质量、增强机体免疫能力和调节肠道内环境平衡等。本文综述了油橄榄副产物种类、提取工艺和生理功能及油橄榄副产物与提取物在家禽生产中应用的研究进展,旨在为油橄榄副产物提取物作为新型饲料添加剂在家禽生产中应用提供参考。Olea europaea by-products are all kinds of residues produced in the process of olive processing,including olea europaea pomace,olea europaea cake,olea europaea pit and olea europaea leaves,etc..These by-products rich in polyphenols,flavonoids,terpenes and phytosterols and other active substances,with the function of antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory and others biological functions.In poultry production,they can improve production performance,improve product quality,enhance the body's immunity and regulate the intestinal environmental balance function.In this paper,the types,extraction processes and physiological functions of the extractions of olive by-products and their application in poultry production were reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for the application of olive by-product extracts as a new feed additive in poultry production.
