文化资本视角下的历史地段社区更新策略研究--以昆明市翠湖片区为例

摘　　要：昆明市翠湖片区是有着深厚文化资本的历史地段社区,具有极高的历史文化价值和研究意义。本文从文化资本的视角出发,从身体化文化资本、物质化文化资本和制度化文化资本三个方面对翠湖片区进行分析,发现当前片区在社区精神层面、物质与非物质文化遗产保护层面及社区管理层面存在文化资本缺失及利用不足的问题。针对这些问题,本文提出相关的更新策略,意图促进片区内部人的精神发展与遗产保护意识的建立,改进片区治理结构,提升本地居民的生活质量。The Cuihu district in Kunming,as a historical community rich in cultural capital,possesses significant historical and cultural value and research importance.This paper from the cultural capital perspective,analyzes the Cuihu district in terms of embodied,objectified and institutionalized cultural capital.It highlights issues related to the lack of cultural capital and underutilization in aspects of community spirit,protection of material and intangible cultural heritage,and community management.Based on these findings,this paper proposes a series of renewal strategies,to promote residents spiritual development,enhance awareness of heritage protection,and improve the community governance structure and the quality of life for local residents.
