关于提升高密度城区建筑公共开放性的思考--以深圳湾超级总部基地为例

摘　　要：高密度城区内建筑的公共开放性与城市舒适度、城市活力及市民归属感息息相关,因此提升建筑的公共开放性具有重要意义。本文结合深圳湾超级总部基地中建筑单体的经验和做法,从体制机制、城市规划、建筑设计等角度出发,以影响建筑公共开放性的制度、系统性、复合功能、空间形式、可达性、舒适度、人文关怀等因素为突破口,思考总结出一套提升高密度城区内建筑公共开放性的策略,为高密度城区的开发建设运营提供参考。The public openness of buildings in high-density urban areas is closely related to urban comfort,urban vitality and citizen's sense of belonging,so it is of great significance to improve the public openness of buildings.Based on the experience and practice of individual buildings in Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base,from the perspectives of system mechanism,urban planning and architectural design,this paper takes institutional guarantee,systematic,composite function,spatial form,accessibility,comfort,humanistic care and other factors affecting the public openness of buildings as the breakthrough.This paper considers and summarizes a set of methods and strategies to improve the public openness of buildings in high-density urban areas,and provides references for the development,construction and operation of high-density urban areas.
