摘 要:目的了解梅州地区2~11岁儿童蛲虫感染分布情况,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,从梅州市人民医院病历管理系统调取2014-2023年2~11岁儿童蛲虫感染的数据,其中2~<6岁(学龄前组)78例,6~11岁(学龄组)46例。分析儿童蛲虫病的高发年龄段、性别、地区分布特点、年发病趋势等。结果城镇及农村地区儿童的蛲虫感染构成比分别为25.00%(31/124)、75.00%(93/124),农村地区高于城镇,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.773,P<0.001)。男童和女童的蛲虫感染构成比分别为43.55%(54/124)和56.45%(70/124),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.053,P>0.05);不同年龄儿童的感染构成比以学龄前组最高(62.90%,78/124),学龄组为37.10%(46/124),不同年龄组儿童蛲虫感染构成比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.227,P<0.001)。2014-2023年各年份感染构成比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.554,P>0.05)。结论城镇和农村感染构成比差异较大,需重点加强对农村地区2~5岁幼托儿童蛲虫感染的监测与精准防治。Objective To investigate and analyze the prevalence and distribution of pinworm disease in children aged 2-11 years in Meizhou area of Guangdong Province.Method Data of pinworm infection in children aged 2-11 years from 2014 to 2023 were collected from the case management system of the Meizhou People's Hospital which was divided into pre-school group(2~<6 years old,n=78)and school-age group(6~11 years old,n=46).Using retrospective analysis method to analyze the age,gender,regional distribution characteristics and annual incidence trend of pinworm infection in children.Results The pinworm infection rate of urban children was 25.00%(31/124)significantly lower than that of rural children(75.00%,93/124)(χ^(2)=21.773,P<0.001).The pinworm infection rates in boys and girls were 43.55%(54/124)and 56.45%(70/124),respectively.There was no significant difference(χ^(2)=1.053,P>0.05).The infection rate of preschool group was the highest(62.90%,78/124),and was 37.10%(46/124)in school age group;the infection rates in different age groups were significantly different(χ^(2)=15.227,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the pinworm infection rate in each year from 2014 to 2023(χ^(2)=1.554,P>0.05).Conclusion The pinworm infection rate in children was low from 2014 to 2023,but there was a large difference between urban and rural areas,so the surveillance and accurate prevention and control of pinworm infection in children aged 2 to 5 in rural areas should be strengthened.
