摘 要:为减小超高频Φ_(2)类逆变器的环流损耗以提高系统整体效率,根据Φ_(2)类逆变器的支路电流表达式构建了其损耗模型的解析表达形式,并以此为依据提出了能够减小环流损耗的参数设计方法.依据开关节点电压的谐波成分给出了开关节点电压的表达式,将开关管等效为电压源以简化分析.根据各支路电流表达式和主要的寄生阻抗,定量给出了各支路的损耗与电路参数之间的解析关系.基于解析损耗模型分析了影响效率的因素,并给出了可使效率最优的参数约束条件.最后,仿真验证了本文方法可有效降低环流损耗,并通过27.12 MHz原理样机对比实验证明了该方法可在各种工况下提升逆变器效率,最大可提升9.6%.In order to reduce the current circulation loss of very high frequency class Φ_(2) inverter and improve the overall efficiency of the system,the analytical expression of the loss model was constructed based on the branch current expression of class Φ_(2) inverter,and on this basis,a parameter design method to reduce the current circulation loss was proposed.The switching node voltage expression was given according to the harmonic component of the switching node voltage,and the switch tube was equivalent to a voltage source to simplify the analysis.Based on the current expression and the main parasitic impedance of each branch,the analytical relationship between loss of each branch and circuit parameters was given quantitatively.According to the analytical loss model,the factors affecting efficiency were analyzed,and the parameter constraints that can make the efficiency optimal were given.Finally,the simulation verifies that the design method can effectively reduce the current circulation loss,and the comparison experiment of the 27.12 MHz principle prototypes prove that the proposed method can improve the inverter efficiency under various working conditions,and the maximum improvement can be 9.6%.
