摘  要:采用钠化钙基膨润土和自主研发的聚合物改性钠化钙基膨润土,分析了膨润土掺量和膨润土种类对膨润土浆液及回填料工程特性的影响规律.试验结果表明:通过对不同膨润土掺量下膨润土浆液施工和易性4种参数(pH值、泥浆密度、马氏漏斗黏度和滤失量)的测定,确定了钠化钙基膨润土浆液和聚合物改性膨润土浆液满足施工和易性要求的膨润土掺量分别为10.4%和7%.根据迷你坍落度筒试验,确定了当满足施工和易性要求时,两种竖向阻隔墙材料的适宜含水率区间及控制含水率.土-聚合物改性膨润土回填料的适宜含水率受回填料液限变化的影响更小,更容易在低掺量和低含水率条件下满足施工和易性的要求.The effects of bentonite content and type on engineering properties of bentonite slurry and backfill were analyzed using Na-activated Ca-bentonite bentonite(Na-CaB) and self-developed polymer-modified bentonite(PMB).Experiment results show that 10.4% and 7% bentonite contents can achieve the workability requirement for Na-CaB slurry and PMB slurry,respectively,according to the influence of bentonite content on the properties(i.e.,pH,density,Marsh funnel viscosity and filtration) of bentonite slurry.PMB backfill is easier to meet workability requirements using lower bentonite content and lower water content,as the required water content is less interfered by the changes in liquid limit.According to the mini-slump tests,a range of water content and a controlled water content are determined for two types of backfill material of the vertical cutoff wall for meeting workability requirements.PMB backfill is easier to meet workability requirements using lower bentonite content and lower water content,as the required water content is less interfered by the changes in liquid limit.
