摘 要:构建了一类由铁片、铂片及碳毡阴极组成的新型双阳极电助芬顿氧化体系.其中,铁片-碳毡在较低电压下运行,溶出Fe^(2+)与投加的H_(2)O_(2)发生均相芬顿反应生成^(·)OH,^(·)OH快速降解矿化磺胺甲恶唑(SMX),同时产生的Fe^(3+)迁移至碳毡表面还原再生为Fe^(2+)继续参与反应.体系中Pt-碳毡在较高电压下运行,维持Fe^(2+)→Fe^(3+)→Fe^(2+)的高效循环利用,铁片则采用间歇式运行模式,防止Fe^(2+)过量溶出,实现铁泥量的减少.双阳极电芬顿体系能在低铁积累下成功处理实际医药行业抗生素废水,化学需氧量(COD)去除率为68.3%,废水可生化性显著提升.A novel dual-anode electro-assisted Fenton system consisting of iron sheet,platinum sheet and carbon felt cathode was constructed.Among them,the iron sheet-carbon felt was operated at lower voltage,and the dissolved Fe^(2+) and the added H_(2)O_(2) occurred homogeneous Fenton reaction to generate ·OH for rapid degradation of sulfamethoxazole(SMX),while the generated Fe^(3+)migrated to the surface of the carbon felt to be reduced to Fe^(2+) to participate in the reaction.In the system,the Pt-carbon felt was operated at higher voltage to maintain the efficient recycling of Fe^(2+)→Fe^(3+)→Fe^(2+),while the iron sheet adopted the intermittent operation mode to prevent the excessive dissolution of Fe^(2+) and realize the reduction of the amount of iron sludge.The dual-anode electro-assisted Fenton system could successfully treat antibiotic wastewater from actual pharmaceutical industry under low iron accumulation,with a chemical oxygen demand(COD) removal rate of 68.3% and a significant increase in wastewater biochemistry.
