农民专业合作社发展对城乡收入差距的影响分析

摘　　要：农民专业合作社将分散小农户有效地组织起来,创新农业生产经营方式,是缩小城乡收入差距、实现城乡共同富裕的有效手段。本文在理论分析的基础上,用全国30个省区2010-2022年的面板数据实证分析了农民专业合作社的发展对缩小城乡收入差距的影响。研究发现:农民专业合作社发展总水平对缩小城乡收入差距具有显著的影响,合作社的组织水平、生产经营水平、盈利增收水平以及服务社会水平等四个分维度回归结果也均显著。非粮食产区农民专业合作社发展对缩小城乡收入差距有显著影响,但粮食产区的作用不显著;高起伏度地区农民专业合作社发展对缩小城乡收入差距有显著影响,但低起伏度地区的作用不显著。城镇化水平在农民专业合作社对缩小城乡收入差距的作用上具有门槛效应。为缩小城乡收入差距,促进共同富裕,政府需要在农村,特别是非粮食产区、地形高起伏地区的农村,大力发展农民专业合作社,提高其包括组织、生产经营、盈利增收和社会服务在内的综合水平。政府还要注意提高地方城镇化水平,为农民专业合作社发展提供较好的外部环境。Farmers’professional cooperatives effectively organize scattered small farmers and innovate the mode of agricultural production and operation,which is an effective means to narrow the income gap between and achieve common prosperity of urban and rural areas.Based on theoretical analysis,this paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2022 to empirically analyze the impact of the development of farmers’professional cooperatives on narrowing the urban-rural income gap.The results show that:the overall development level of farmers’professional cooperatives has a significant impact on narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,and the regression results of the four sub-dimensions of the levels of organization,production and operation,profit and income increase,and social services are also significant.The development of farmers’specialized cooperatives in non-grain-producing areas has a significant impact on narrowing the urban-rural income gap,but the effect in the grain-producing areas is not significant;the development of farmers’specialized cooperatives in high-relief-degree areas has a significant impact on narrowing the urban-rural income gap,but the effect in low-relief-degree areas is not significant.The level of urbanization has a threshold effect on the role of the development of farmers’professional cooperatives in narrowing the urban-rural income gap.In order to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas and promote common prosperity,the government needs to vigorously develop farmers’professional cooperatives in rural areas,especially in non-grain-producing areas and high-relief-degree areas,so as to improve their comprehensive levels of organization,production and operation,profit and income increase,and social services.The government should also pay attention to improving the level of local urbanization and provide a better external environment for the development of farmers’professional cooperatives.
